Founder-Corporate Trainer-Leadership Development Coach

I’ve spent over 20 years helping people grow — from students in classrooms to children in foster care to professionals in boardrooms. With a background in education, at risk youth development, and organizational training, I’ve seen firsthand what happens when individuals feel empowered, heard, and equipped to lead.

That belief is what drives Better Together, a corporate training service built to strengthen leadership, improve communication, and bring out the best in every team.

A certified facilitator in emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and adult learning. I’ve led workshops in schools, coached staff teams, and consulted with organizations across Canada. I combine real-world experience with a passion for helping people thrive at work and in life.
